Annealed Wire

Annealed Wire

Due to its high carbon content, the hard and strong steel wire is heated to a certain temperature in natural gas or electric furnaces and then slowly reduced to room temperature in order to increase its ductility and homogeneously softness. This process, called annealing, provides recovery of the ductility lost during drawing.

PROPERTIES
